The Challenge

FP-Sign, a leader in digital signature and logistics software, needed a stronger visual identity to differentiate its diverse product offerings. The existing branding was too generic, making it difficult for customers to understand the distinctions between product lines.


To position itself as a premium, forward-thinking leader, FP-Sign required a cohesive key visual system that highlighted the uniqueness while maintaining brand consistency. Additionally, the design needed to be scalable for use across various digital and print formats.

Application

To address these challenges, I crafted a Key Visual System that transforms FP-Sign’s abstract processes into a tangible, premium brand experience. The solution was built around three key design principles:

  1. Metaphorical Representation of Processes:

    • I introduced glass-like stream structures to symbolize the seamless, optimized workflows FP-Sign enables. The transparency and layering create an elegant, high-tech aesthetic.

  2. Material-Driven Visual Identity:

    • Each product cluster was given a distinct material and form language:

      • Sleek & modern → Polished metallic structures for high-end corporate appeal.

      • Flexible & agile → Fluid, morphing glass forms to represent adaptability.

      • Secure & robust → Strong, dense structures conveying stability and trust.

  3. Luxury-Inspired Brand Positioning:

    • Inspired by boutique high-end consumer brands, I crafted a background structure reminiscent of premium retail displays—placing FP-Sign’s products in a visually exclusive, elevated environment.

This approach ensured that the brand not only stands out visually but also aligns with its promise of simplifying complex business processes with tailored digital solutions.

Process

How we worked

The project followed a strategic, collaborative approach. It began with a brand workshop and research phase, where I conducted in-depth sessions with FP-Sign’s team to uncover core brand values and explore competitor visuals. From there, I developed multiple visual directions and refined them iteratively, ensuring alignment with the company’s slogan: “Simplifying your business.” In the design phase, I built a flexible 3D visual system that allowed for high-quality renderings across various formats, ultimately creating over 25 unique visuals while maintaining a consistent identity. Finally, I delivered a structured asset library, enabling FP-Sign’s marketing team to seamlessly integrate the visuals across campaigns, web, and print materials.
