Solution
Application
To tackle this, I immersed myself in dermatological science to fully understand the skin's structure and functions. Working in close collaboration with the client, we developed a series of visually stunning yet scientifically accurate 3D illustrations. This involved an iterative design process where we explored various artistic approaches to accurately depict different skin layers and conditions. By choosing simple geometries and a refined color palette complemented with organic textures, we crafted a visual language that perfectly aligned with the brand’s identity and educational goals.

How we worked
From the outset, the project demanded a deep dive into dermatological research to ensure accuracy and relevance. The design process was highly collaborative and iterative, with frequent consultations and revisions to strike the perfect balance between scientific precision and aesthetic appeal. The initial explorations were broad, gradually narrowing down to the final designs that met both the educational and aesthetic criteria set by the client. The availability of various formats and the creation of a design toolbox also ensured that the client could continue to use and adapt the visuals independently, maintaining the brand’s visual integrity across all media.
